Overtime may be required Pay
$22 $25 per hour, depending on experience
Recent graduates: approximately $22 per hour
Experienced candidates: up to approximately $25 per hour Responsibilities
- Handle daily accounting and bookkeeping tasks
- Prepare accounting documents, reports, and filings
- Assist with financial management and accounting procedures
- Prepare and review financial and accounting documents
- Support monthly, quarterly, and year-end closing tasks
- Enter data accurately and manage documents
- Communicate and coordinate with other departments
- Support general administrative duties as needed
- Perform other related tasks as assigned
Required:
- Basic knowledge of accounting
- Accurate data entry skills, Basic calculation skills
- Proficiency with Windows PC and Microsoft Excel
- English / Japanese Bilingual
- Legal authorization to work in the United States
- U.S. drivers license, or willingness to obtain one
- Good communication skills
- Ability to work well with a small team
- 2+ years of accounting or bookkeeping experience
- 23 years of practical accounting experience is ideal
- Degree or major in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- Recent graduates with an accounting background are welcome
- Japanese language ability around JLPT N1 level may be considered
- Experience working in a small accounting or administrative team
- Flexibility to support both accounting and general admin work
