Work Environment\n

This role is entirely remote, providing you with the flexibility to create your own schedule within a standard time frame of Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM. Our remote work setting is designed to ensure that you have the necessary technology, including a reliable internet connection, to conduct video sessions securely and effectively. Key Responsibilities\n

• Deliver weekly evidence-based therapeutic care through live video sessions to adult clients, ensuring individualized attention and support tailored to each person’s unique needs.

• Work collaboratively with psychiatrists, other mental health providers, and fellow counselors to create comprehensive treatment plans that holistically address client concerns.

• Utilize automatically administered self-assessments and statistical measures to evaluate client progress and dynamically adjust treatment strategies in response to their developments.

• Engage in professional development opportunities by participating in ongoing training focused on our innovative evidence-based care pathways to enhance therapeutic skills.

• Document all client interactions and progress meticulously using electronic health record systems, adhering to confidentiality and ethical standards.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our clientele primarily consists of adults who are navigating various mental health challenges, seeking support for personal development, relationship issues, and coping strategies. As a Remote Licensed Mental Health Counselor, you will work with individuals from diverse backgrounds, addressing a wide range of emotions and difficulties, and helping them to identify their strengths and areas for growth.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology is required.
\n
• Must hold active state licensure as an LMFT, LPCC, LCSW, or PsyD.
\n
• Strong proficiency in using technology and navigating digital platforms, including Google Suite and electronic health records.
\n
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills to promote understanding and rapport with clients.
\n
• Professional demeanor at all times, embodying the values of empathy and respect in all client interactions.

Preferred Experience\n

• At least 2 to 3 years of experience providing evidence-based therapeutic interventions, especially through telehealth.

• Prior experience working with adolescents and young adults is a plus.
\n
• A willingness to engage in ongoing education and adapt to innovative therapeutic models and care pathways.

• Demonstrated warm and engaging relationship-building skills with clients, fostering a safe and supportive environment for therapy.

• Ability to maintain a secure and confidential workspace at home conducive to client interactions.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary for this position ranges from $115,000 to $130,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
