Business Development Coordinator

Our client, a prestigious law firm with a headquarters in Washington, DC, is looking to hire a Business Development Coordinator to join their busy Marketing & Business Development team. If you are looking for a dynamic and collaborative business development opportunity within professional services environment, About the Job: Coordinate and prepare pitches and RFP responses to support new business generation. Support different practice groups across the firm with business development meeting agendas and coordination. Develop and update marketing collateral including website and blog content, attorney bios, presentations, and more. Prepare submissions for rankings and awards, monitoring the process and timeline from start to finish. Coordinate sponsorship and speaking opportunities for firm participation in conferences, seminars, and other external events. Additional research and ad hoc projects as needed. About You: Bachelor's degree is required. 2-3+ years of Business Development or Marketing experience in a law firm or professional services environment is required. Strong organization skills, ability to multi-task, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. Salary range of $70K-$83K (DOE) plus an annual merit bonus and well-rounded benefits package!
