Role Overview Do you have a passion for helping others? Sodexo, leader in quality‑of‑life services has an immediate opening for an Executive Chef 2 at Haven Behavioral Health Reading in Reading, Pennsylvania . Haven Behavioral Hospital is an 86‑bed acute‑care psychiatric hospital that offers a full continuum of care for adults dealing with mental health conditions. We treat a complete array of mental health including depression, anxiety, ADHD, PTSD, personality disorders and many other illnesses. Our facility is specially designed to provide a safe, comfortable and nurturing environment for hope and healing. What You'll Do have oversight of day-to-day operations; successfully coordinate all required tasks through subordinate managers, supervisors and frontline staff; support Patient Service and retail department develop and maintain client and customer relationships (i.e., comfortable in c-suite settings where communication skills are imperative when serving as top level site management) develop strategic plans; ensure HACCP, regulatory and standards compliance; create a positive environment; and/or ensure Sodexo standards are met.
