As a member of our remote team, you will benefit from flexible working hours while remaining connected to a dynamic and supportive environment. The work hours are primarily from Monday to Friday, from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM, with potential evening shifts required based on patient needs. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments of new patients to understand their unique needs, motivations, and goals for treatment.

• Provide one-on-one counseling sessions, focusing on personal coping strategies and behavioral change techniques.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• A valid professional license as an LCSW, LPCC, or LMFT in California.

• Proven experience in providing both individual and group therapy for addiction recovery.

Compensation and Benefits\n
