Key Responsibilities\n

In this role, you will:

• Conduct live video therapy sessions utilizing evidence-based practices, primarily CBT, tailored to individual client needs.

• Use EMR-integrated assessment tools to gather information and create effective treatment plans, ensuring accurate documentation and streamlined service delivery.

• Collaborate with fellow mental health professionals to share insights and participate in regular training sessions aimed at enhancing therapeutic skills.

• Stay informed about the latest developments in the mental health field, applying new strategies to improve client engagement and treatment outcomes.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will encompass a wide variety of mental health conditions, including anxiety disorders, depression, stress management, trauma, and more. You will work with clients from diverse backgrounds, ensuring culturally competent care tailored to their unique circumstances. The ability to build rapport and trust with clients is essential to promote their overall well-being and therapeutic progress.

Qualifications\n

Candidates must hold a relevant Master’s or Doctorate degree in Clinical Psychology, Counseling, or Social Work. Additionally, an active license as an LMFT, LCMHC, or LCSW in Florida is essential for this position. Strong proficiency in CBT and structured therapeutic approaches is required, along with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Preferred Experience\n

A minimum of two years of experience in the mental health counseling field is required, with at least one year in independent practice preferred. Familiarity with telehealth technologies and virtual counseling best practices will be advantageous in assuring effective service delivery.
