We are looking for a relentless Account Executive (Hunter) who thrives in the intersection of traditional banking and modern fintech. This isn't a "desk job"—we need a world-class networker obsessed with closing deals and "eating the world."
You will be responsible for identifying and acquiring high-value corporate clients (B2B), specifically those in the export and import sectors (Avocado, Coffee, Palm Oil, etc.). You are the face of the company, spending your days in meetings, pitching to decision-makers, and navigating the complexities of international trade.
Key Responsibilities
- Aggressive Prospecting: Identify and sign large exporters and importers who require sophisticated FX and payment solutions.
- Relationship Management: Build deep connections with "Real Companies"—businesses that interact daily with bank trading desks (Mesas de Dinero).
- Expert Consulting: Navigate complex discussions regarding foreign exchange (divisas), international commerce regulations, and cross-border payment flows.
- Field Sales: Actively schedule and attend face-to-face meetings to showcase our product and close high-stakes contracts.
Qualifications & Experience
- Industry Expert: Proven track record in Traditional Banking or FX Trading Desks (Mesas de Dinero).
- Technical Knowledge: Deep understanding of international trade, import/export logistics, and exchange rate mechanics.
- The "Hunter" Mentality: You are obsessed with talking to people and have a "get it done" attitude. You don't wait for leads; you create them.
- Sector Familiarity: Experience working with major Colombian export sectors (Agriculture, Commodities, etc.) is highly preferred.
- Seniority: This is a role for an experienced professional who understands the nuances of B2B financial sales.
