Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct individualized and group therapy sessions, effectively assessing client histories to form tailored treatment plans that align with each patient’s specific needs.

• Engage in collaborative discussions with the Clinical Director to develop and implement program activities that enhance the therapeutic experience for all patients.

• Participate in the credentialing committee to uphold the professional standards of practice while fostering a safe and supportive environment within the clinic.

• Take part in interdisciplinary treatment team meetings, working alongside psychiatric providers and other clinicians to ensure holistic support for clients.
\n
• Document and evaluate client progress through approved digital platforms, ensuring that all assessments, interventions, and outcomes are effectively communicated and tracked.

• Create and revise individualized treatment plans based on ongoing assessments and client feedback, showcasing your commitment to exceptional patient care.

• Perform additional duties as assigned to support clinic operations and patient needs.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will encompass a wide range of clients, including children, adolescents, and families facing developmental differences and various mental health challenges. You will be trained to offer culturally competent therapy grounded in empirically supported techniques such as cognitive-behavioral therapy, narrative therapy, and more. Your role is pivotal in fostering a welcoming environment that encourages clients to express their feelings and working collaboratively towards optimal outcomes.

Qualifications\n

• Possess a Master’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, Behavioral Health, or a related field.

• Hold an active and unrestricted licensure in the state of Washington as an LMFT, LMHC, or LICSW.

• A minimum of two years' experience in the mental health field, particularly working with children and families.
\n
• A depth of knowledge in various evidence-based psychotherapy approaches.

• Strong commitment to providing exceptional client care and utilizing client feedback for ongoing improvement.

• Open-mindedness and a desire to learn collaboratively from different professional disciplines.

Preferred Experience\n
