Work Environment\n

This remote position allows you to create a workspace that suits your style while benefiting from a close-knit community of health professionals. Your work schedule will generally be Monday to Friday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with some flexibility to accommodate patient needs, ensuring you can maintain work-life balance while providing critical mental health services.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough mental health assessments to accurately identify patient needs and collaboratively formulate personalized treatment plans.

• Implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions using modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Solution-Focused Therapy, directly contributing to positive patient outcomes.

• Facilitate psychoeducational and support groups, creating a platform for patients to share experiences and foster a sense of belonging and community.

• Engage in interdisciplinary collaboration with psychiatrists, psychologists, and other healthcare professionals to coordinate comprehensive patient care.

• Provide crisis intervention support and manage mental health emergencies with professionalism and care.
\n
• Educate patients regarding their mental health conditions, treatment options, and available community resources that can assist in their recovery journey.

• Ensure accurate documentation of patient interactions and treatment progress in compliance with ethical and legal standards.

• Actively participate in case consultations, team meetings, and ongoing professional development to stay current with best practices in mental health therapy.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid licensure as an LICSW, LMHC, or LMFT in the state of Massachusetts is essential.

• In-depth understanding of mental health disorders and evidence-based therapeutic modalities.

• Demonstrated proficiency in conducting mental health assessments and developing effective treatment plans tailored to individual patient needs.

• Experience providing individual and group therapy in a multifaceted setting is strongly preferred.

Compensation and Benefits\n
