Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments to identify clients' mental health concerns, utilizing standardized diagnostic tools to formulate clinical diagnoses and guide treatment planning.

• Provide high-quality individual, group, and family therapy sessions tailored to meet the specific needs and goals of each client using evidence-based modalities such as CBT, DBT, and mindfulness techniques.

• Equip clients with coping strategies and skills through practical exercises and therapeutic homework, enabling them to address and manage their mental health challenges effectively.

• Implement crisis intervention techniques during acute mental health emergencies, providing immediate support and safety planning for clients in distress.

• Maintain comprehensive and accurate client documentation, ensuring that treatment plans, progress notes, and assessments adhere to ethical and legal standards.

• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team of healthcare professionals, including psychiatrists and social workers, to coordinate care and ensure the best outcomes for our clients.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your work will primarily focus on a diverse range of clients from various backgrounds, including those facing issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship challenges. Qualifications\n

• Must hold a valid State License as a Mental Health Therapist (LMFT, LMHC, or LICSW).

Compensation and Benefits\n
