Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive diagnostic assessments to evaluate clients' psychological conditions and understand their unique therapeutic needs.

• Deliver psychotherapy services utilizing various evidence-based techniques, both in-person (where applicable) and via telehealth, ensuring clients receive accessible care.

• Maintain thorough and accurate clinical documentation, including initial evaluations, progress notes, and summary notes, adhering to regulatory standards for confidentiality.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will primarily work with a diverse patient population presenting a variety of mental health challenges, including mood disorders (such as Major Depressive Disorder), anxiety disorders (like PTSD and Generalized Anxiety Disorder), ADHD, trauma-related issues, and grief. Your ability to connect with clients from different backgrounds will be paramount in achieving successful therapeutic outcomes.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, or a related field is required.

• A valid state-issued mental health license (LMHC, LMFT, LICSW) is essential, complying with local regulations.

Compensation and Benefits\n
