Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments for new clients, evaluating histories and current needs to establish appropriate therapeutic approaches.

• Deliver individual, family, and group therapy sessions utilizing various evidence-based treatment methodologies tailored to each client’s unique circumstances.

• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans collaboratively with clients, ensuring that therapy goals align with their expectations and requirements.

• Document and monitor patient progress using our approved telehealth platforms, regularly evaluating treatment effectiveness and making necessary adjustments based on feedback.

• Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings, collaborating with psychiatrists and other clinical staff to ensure integrated care for all clients.

• Engage in ongoing consultation with the Clinical Director to enhance program delivery and therapeutic activities, fostering an optimal experience for patients.

• Serve on the credentialing committee to support the assessment and hiring of new clinical staff.
\n
• Participate in additional duties as assigned, contributing to the overall success of the organization.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, Behavioral Health, or a related field is required.

• Active licensure in Washington State as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW), or Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC).

• A minimum of two years of clinical experience, particularly working with children and families.
