Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to understand clients’ mental health concerns, facilitating the creation of effective, personalized treatment plans.

• Deliver high-quality individual therapy sessions utilizing a variety of proven therapeutic modalities, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy, and mindfulness practices, tailored to meet the unique needs of each client.

• Collaborate with clients to set therapeutic goals, regularly reviewing their progress to ensure optimal outcomes and adjustments to the treatment approach as necessary.

• Provide teletherapy options for clients who prefer virtual sessions or face barriers to accessing in-person care, ensuring equitable access to mental health services.

• Maintain meticulous documentation of client interactions and progress, adhering to ethical standards and regulatory guidelines to reflect our commitment to professionalism.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work with a diverse range of clients, including individuals experiencing trauma, anxiety, depression, and life transitions. Qualifications\n

• A current and valid state license as a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).

• A Master’s degree or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills that foster a trusting therapeutic relationship with clients.

• Empathy and compassion towards clients' experiences, with the ability to maintain a non-judgmental attitude.

• Excellent organizational skills and time-management abilities to effectively handle caseloads and administrative responsibilities.

Preferred Experience\n

While not mandatory, experience in a community health clinic or similar setting is preferable. Familiarity with digital therapy platforms and telehealth systems will be advantageous as we expand access to varied therapeutic methods. Experience with crisis intervention techniques and managing high-risk clients is also a plus.
