Work Environment\n

This role is 100% remote, allowing you the flexibility to create a work setup that suits your lifestyle and preferences. You will engage with clients primarily during regular business hours, Monday to Friday, from 9 am to 5 pm. In this supportive and collaborative environment, you will have opportunities to consult with colleagues and other psychiatric providers to deliver comprehensive care. This position does not require on-call duties, ensuring a healthy work-life balance.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Deliver effective, evidence-based mental health counseling through live video sessions with clients, focusing on individual adult clients.

• Utilize teletherapy platforms and tools to conduct thorough assessments, treatment planning, and progress monitoring.

• Collaborate closely with psychiatric providers, including psychiatrists and other counselors, to create and implement holistic treatment strategies.

• Engage clients in meaningful dialogues that facilitate exploration of their feelings, challenges, and goals, using automated tools for symptom assessments and progress tracking.

• Seek supervision or consultation from fellow team members as needed, contributing to a culture of continual learning and professional growth.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

The compensation for this role ranges from USD 115,000 to 130,000 annually, commensurate with your experience and qualifications. Additional bonuses may be available.
