Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor, you will be responsible for:

• Conducting group and family therapy, incorporating evidence-based practices and techniques to foster healing.

• Facilitating psycho-educational workshops, parenting classes, and support groups tailored to the specific challenges faced by clients.

• Maintaining up-to-date knowledge on billing requirements and ensuring timely completion of billable hours as per contractual obligations.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your work will primarily focus on children and adults experiencing various mental health challenges, ranging from anxiety and depression to more complex issues requiring nuanced intervention strategies. You will employ a patient-centered approach to help clients navigate their mental health journeys, providing them the tools and support they need to improve their quality of life.

Qualifications\n

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, or Marriage and Family Therapy, laying the groundwork for your expertise.

• An active state license as an LMFT, LMHC, LICSW, or a comparable credential, demonstrating your professional standing.

• A minimum of 2 years of practical experience in mental health counseling, showcasing your capability to handle complex cases.

Preferred Experience\n
