Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough evaluations and assessments of patients recovering from injuries, surgeries, or illnesses within an outpatient setting.
• Create tailored treatment plans utilizing a variety of therapeutic techniques including manual therapy, therapeutic exercise, and modalities to address pain and facilitate mobility.
• Implement and monitor progress in therapy sessions, ensuring adjustments are made to treatment plans as necessary to meet evolving patient needs.
• Document all treatments, patient progress, and responses meticulously to maintain high standards of care in line with regulatory requirements.
• Educate patients and caregivers on treatment plans, therapeutic exercises, and home care strategies to promote independence and self-management.
• Engage in continuing education opportunities to maintain up-to-date knowledge in physical therapy practices and techniques.
