Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients to determine their physical capabilities and rehabilitation needs.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to each patient's specific goals and limitations.
• Manage a consistent caseload, typically providing care to one patient per hour, ensuring each individual receives personalized attention and support.
• Utilize manual therapy techniques and specific therapeutic exercises to improve patients' strength, range of motion, and overall mobility.
• Monitor and document patient progress meticulously, adapting treatment plans based on real-time evaluations and outcomes.
• Educate patients on lifestyle changes, proper body mechanics, and preventive measures to enhance long-term health.
• Promote a healthy lifestyle by designing and implementing fitness and wellness programs tailored to individual patient needs.
• Collaborate closely with other healthcare professionals to facilitate comprehensive and coordinated patient care.
• Participate in ongoing education and training to remain current with physical therapy practices and advancements in the field.
• Provide motivational support to patients throughout their treatment, encouraging them to achieve their highest potential.

Patient Population / Client Focus

This role predominantly focuses on adult patients experiencing orthopedic issues, including post-operative rehabilitation, sports injuries, and chronic pain conditions. Our therapists are expected to build strong, trusting relationships with patients, ensuring they feel comfortable and empowered throughout their recovery process.

Qualifications

• A Doctorate (DPT) or Master's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• Valid state license in Florida to practice as a Physical Therapist.
• Maintained an impeccable professional record without any disciplinary actions.
• Strong competency in manual therapy techniques and exercise implementation.
• Proficient in electronic medical records (EMR) systems, especially WebPT.

Preferred Experience

• Prior experience working in an orthopedic outpatient setting is highly desirable.
• A proven track record of effectively designing and delivering rehabilitation programs.
• Strong interpersonal skills and a desire to work collaboratively with fellow healthcare professionals.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive annual salary ranging from USD 90,000 to USD 120,000 , commensurate with experience and qualifications. In addition to financial compensation, our benefits package includes:
