Key Responsibilities\n

In this role, you will conduct comprehensive assessments for both individuals and families, develop treatment plans, and facilitate therapy sessions. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• Conducting individual and family therapy sessions to address a variety of issues, including but not limited to conflict resolution, grief and loss, job stress, and blended family dynamics.

• Creating tailored treatment plans based on diagnostic assessments and client feedback.
\n
• Utilizing evidence-based practices to deliver effective therapeutic interventions.

• Documenting progress notes and maintaining accurate records as per HIPAA guidelines.

• Collaborating with fellow clinicians and healthcare professionals to enhance treatment approaches and improve client outcomes.

• Engaging in ongoing professional development to refine skills and stay current with industry best practices.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will primarily work with a diverse client population, including adults, children, and adolescents facing various challenges related to their mental health and family dynamics. Your expertise will play a vital role in addressing complex issues such as addiction, trauma, separation and divorce, communication difficulties, and family conflicts. Each therapy session will provide you with the opportunity to motivate and empower clients on their path to recovery.

Qualifications\n

To ensure the highest standards of care, we require that applicants meet the following qualifications:

• A valid Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) license in the State of California.

• A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, Psychology, or a related field.
