Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive, ethical, and compassionate individual counseling sessions via secure video conferencing, focusing on mental health and emotional well-being.

You will primarily work with low-acuity adults who require mental health support while navigating the complexities of hospice care. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology is required.

• Current and unrestricted licensure to practice independently as a LCSW, LMFT, or LMHC is essential.
