Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, you will:

• Conduct individual, couples, and family therapy sessions via telehealth platforms, ensuring a reliable and supportive virtual presence.

• Perform comprehensive assessments of clients' needs and collaboratively develop personalized treatment plans, integrating evidence-based methodologies that resonate with the client’s unique circumstances.

• Utilize a variety of therapeutic techniques, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), and other relevant modalities, to assist clients in achieving their therapeutic goals.

• Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary team members, including psychologists, social workers, and case managers, to coordinate care and ensure comprehensive service delivery to clients.

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of therapeutic sessions, treatment progress, and outcomes using our electronic health record (EHR) system, ensuring compliance with legal and ethical standards.

• Engage in regular supervision and professional development activities to enhance clinical skills and stay current with best practices in marriage and family therapy.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be on a diverse client population, including individuals dealing with relationship issues, family dynamics, trauma, and mental health disorders. Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid licensure as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in the state of Maryland.

• A minimum of two years of post-licensure experience providing clinical social work or therapy services in a mental health setting.

Compensation and Benefits\n
