Role Description The Vice President of Professional Services is a remote role. The Vice President will lead sell-side engagements. Day-to-day responsibilities include business development, managing engagements, monitoring engagement performance, and leading engagements to the closing table. The role also involves business development efforts by contributing to proposals, client presentations, and service offerings that enhance Graystone’s value to its clients.

Qualifications

• Experience in Professional Services leadership, including managing client engagements and service delivery.

• Demonstrated ability in Business Process Improvement, with a track record of designing and implementing efficient workflows.
\n
• Consulting experience, preferably within financial services, investment banking, or related advisory environments.
\n
• Strong Project Management skills, including planning, resource allocation, risk management, and stakeholder communication.
\n
• Background in Training, coaching, or developing team members to enhance service quality and consistency.
\n
• Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, or a related field; advanced degree (MBA or similar) is preferred.

• Excellent analytical, communication, and presentation skills, with the ability to engage effectively with senior executives and business owners.

• Proven leadership experience, including leading cross-functional teams and driving initiatives in a fast-paced, client-focused environment.
