Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate and diagnose patients recovering from injuries, surgical procedures, or medical conditions, focusing on their rehabilitation needs.
• Develop individualized treatment plans that incorporate various therapeutic modalities including exercise regimens, manual therapy techniques, and adaptive equipment usage to alleviate pain and enhance mobility.
• Implement treatment protocols and monitor patient progress, making necessary adjustments to optimize recovery outcomes.
• Document treatment sessions, responses, and patient progress accurately in electronic health records (EHRs), ensuring adherence to legal and ethical standards.
• Conduct regular evaluations to reassess goals, redefine strategies, and implement new treatment plans as patient conditions evolve.
• Guide and educate patients and their families on the utilization of assistive devices, self-care strategies, and rehabilitation exercises that can be performed at home.
• Stay current with advancements in physical therapy through continued education, workshops, and participation in professional organizations.

Qualifications
