Key Responsibilities

• Assess, plan, and implement individualized treatment programs for patients referred by their physicians, ensuring that interventions align with best practices in physical therapy.
• Treat a diverse range of patients, including those with orthopedic, pediatric, neurologic, and sports medicine concerns.
• Deliver excellent customer service and engage with patients and their families to enhance their understanding of therapy processes and encourage adherence to treatment plans.
• Work alongside a multidisciplinary team to optimize patient outcomes through collaboration and evidence-based care practices.
• Provide skilled therapeutic care both in-clinic and occasionally in home settings, utilizing various techniques to assist in achieving patients' functional goals.
• Consult with, educate, and train patients and their caregivers on therapy techniques, exercises, and strategies for recovery and prevention.
• Monitor and report on patient progress, adjusting treatment strategies as necessary to meet recovery milestones.
• Meet organizational utilization goals and contribute positively to the clinic's overall performance metrics.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy from an APTA or CAPTE-accredited program.

Compensation and Benefits

The position offers a competitive annual salary ranging from $100,000 to $120,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
