Key Responsibilities\n

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our client population ranges from young adults navigating the transitional challenges of early adulthood to older adults seeking support for emotional distress due to life changes. We specifically address issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship difficulties, tailoring our therapeutic approach to meet the unique needs of each client.

Qualifications\n

• A current and valid state license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).

• A Master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to foster a therapeutic alliance with clients.

• Excellent organizational and time-management skills to maintain an effective workflow in a remote setting.

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
