Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations of clients to assess their mental health needs, utilizing standardized assessment tools and interview techniques.

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on client assessments and therapeutic goals, aligning with evidence-based practices.

• Facilitate therapy sessions through various modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), solution-focused therapy, or mindfulness techniques, adapting approaches based on client feedback.

• Intervene in crisis situations with professionalism, utilizing de-escalation techniques and providing immediate support to ensure client safety and stability.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your work will concentrate on pre-screened, low-acuity clients who benefit from supportive and structured therapy services. Qualifications\n

• Must possess an active and unrestricted license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or a Doctorate in Psychology (PsyD).

• A Master's degree or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a related field is required.

• Demonstrated ability to create a warm, supportive, and respectful therapeutic environment, enhancing client relationships.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We are proud to offer a competitive salary range of USD 115,000 to USD 120,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
