Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct virtual counseling sessions to support clients in managing their mental health challenges, adapting your approach based on individual needs.

• Utilize our online platform for monitoring client progress through tools like journaling, goal tracking, and clinical worksheets.

• Screen and assess clients to ensure they fall within the low acuity spectrum, focusing on issues such as anxiety, depression, ADHD, OCD, relationship dynamics, weight management, and grief.

• Document treatment plans and maintain accurate records in compliance with professional and legal standards.

• Engage in continuous professional development, participating in peer consultations and collaborative discussions with a network of over 10,000 therapists available on the platform.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our focus is primarily on stable, low-acuity adults experiencing a range of mental health concerns including anxiety disorders, depressive episodes, ADHD symptoms, obsessive-compulsive behaviors, and relationship difficulties. There are no children or severe mental health cases on our platform, allowing you to concentrate on providing tailored and effective therapeutic interventions.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's Degree or Doctorate in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, Psychology, or a related field.

• Active and unrestricted LPCC licensure without any disciplinary actions.

• A reliable internet connection, along with a working PC or laptop (tablets are not supported).

Preferred Experience\n

• Experience with telehealth services or familiarity with teletherapy platforms.
