Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough intake assessments to understand the unique mental health challenges faced by each client.

• Design tailored treatment plans that align with evidence-based practices and the individual goals of your clients.

• Utilize a variety of therapeutic methodologies, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), mindfulness practices, and solution-focused therapy, to guide clients during the counseling process.

• Continuously evaluate clients' progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary to optimize outcomes.

• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the latest developments in counseling practices and integrate these into your therapeutic approach.

• Refer clients to other mental health providers or community resources when specialized support is needed.

• Foster a warm, engaging, and supportive atmosphere during all counseling sessions to encourage open dialogue and trust.

Your clientele will encompass a diverse range of individuals confronting various mental health concerns, including anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship issues, and more. Qualifications\n

• Master’s degree in counseling or a related field is required.

• Valid state licensure (LPC) in Pennsylvania is mandatory for practice.

• Proven ability to create rapport with clients and encourage them to share their experiences and challenges.

• Capacity to deliver personalized treatment that acknowledges and respects the individuality of each client.

Compensation and Benefits\n
