Work Environment\n

This position is fully remote, allowing you the flexibility to manage your workload from anywhere. Our telehealth facility leverages modern technology to facilitate effective therapy sessions, making mental health services accessible to clients across New Jersey. We understand the significance of work-life balance and provide a structured schedule, with working hours from Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate the severity, frequency, and characteristics of mood disorder symptoms in clients.

• Collaborate with clients to create tailored treatment plans that address their unique needs, aspirations, and preferences.
\n
• Employ evidence-based therapeutic interventions such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) to support clients in managing mood disorders.

• Educate and guide clients and their families about mood disorders, treatment options, self-care techniques, and coping strategies.
\n
• Monitor clients' progress throughout the treatment process and make necessary adjustments to treatment plans based on ongoing assessment.
\n
• Work closely with psychiatrists and other healthcare providers to ensure a holistic and integrated approach to client care.
\n
• Stay updated with the latest research and clinical guidelines in mood disorder treatment to enhance therapeutic techniques.
\n
• Maintain accurate and confidential documentation of client sessions, assessments, and treatment plans in line with legal and ethical standards.

• Engage in regular team meetings, case consultations, and professional development opportunities to continually refine clinical skills and best practices.

• Advocate for clients by promoting understanding and acceptance of mental health conditions and encouraging proactive mental health care.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will primarily work with individuals who are experiencing mood disorders, including but not limited to, depression, bipolar disorder, and anxiety-related disorders. Our clientele is diverse, representing various backgrounds, ages, and experiences. Your role will be critical in helping them navigate their mental health journeys with empathy and professional expertise.

Qualifications\n

• Master's degree or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• A current and valid license as an LCSW, LPC, or LMFT in New Jersey.
\n
• Proven expertise in evidence-based treatment modalities for mood disorders, particularly CBT and DBT.
\n
• Strong knowledge of psychopharmacology and experience collaborating with psychiatrists and other medical professionals.

• Demonstrated ability to achieve successful client outcomes in the treatment of mood disorders.

• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with a talent for building rapport with clients from various backgrounds.

Preferred Experience\n

• Experience in outpatient mental health therapy with a focus on mood disorders.

• Familiarity with telehealth platforms and virtual clinical services.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This position offers a competitive annual salary ranging from USD 80,000 to 100,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
