Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct weekly evidence-based therapy sessions for adults experiencing a variety of emotional disorders utilizing synchronous live video technology.

• Collaborate with psychiatric providers at Brightside to ensure a comprehensive and multidisciplinary approach to patient treatment.
\n
• Employ automated symptom self-assessments and other measures to monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly.
\n
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation using our innovative therapist portal designed for efficiency.
\n
• Provide talk therapy for individuals aged 13 and up, and couples, employing modalities such as psychodynamic therapy, cognitive-behavioral therapy, and emotionally focused therapy.

• Stay committed to measurement-based care, rigorously adhering to HIPAA regulations and best practices for protecting patient information.
\n
• Create thorough assessments and treatment plans aligned with each client's unique needs and goals.
\n

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be on adults dealing with a spectrum of emotional and psychological challenges. You will also have the opportunity to work with adolescents and couples, using varied therapeutic approaches tailored to their specific circumstances. Clients come from diverse backgrounds; therefore, cultural competence and effective communication skills are essential in establishing rapport and trust.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Social Work is required.

• An active State license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).
