Key Responsibilities\n

• Deliver weekly evidence-based therapy sessions via live video conferencing, focusing on individual adults and tailoring sessions to each client’s unique needs.

• Collaborate closely with fellow mental health providers and counselors to create comprehensive treatment plans that enhance the support offered to clients.

• Utilize standardized symptom self-assessments during sessions to gauge client progress and modify treatment plans accordingly, ensuring a responsive therapy experience.

• Participate in weekly clinical drop-in consultation sessions with leadership, providing and receiving insights that contribute to both personal and organizational development.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be on adults dealing with a diverse range of mental health disorders, including anxiety, depression, and crisis management situations. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctorate degree in Clinical Psychology, Counseling, or Clinical Social Work, complemented by appropriate licensure (LMHC, LCSW, or LMFT) from an accredited program.

• Active independent licensure as a Therapist, Counselor, or Psychologist for at least one year, with preference given to candidates with additional relevant experience.
