Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations to explore clients' mental health concerns, develop clinical diagnoses, and craft individualized treatment plans to address those needs.

• Facilitate therapy sessions—including individual, group, and family therapy—utilizing evidence-based modalities aligned with each client’s unique circumstances and treatment goals.

• Provide immediate crisis intervention for clients experiencing acute emotional distress or mental health emergencies, ensuring their safety and well-being.

• Maintain meticulous and confidential client records, including detailed treatment plans, progress notes, and assessment results, aligning with ethical guidelines and legal practices.

Qualifications\n

• Must hold a valid license as a Mental Health Therapist: LMFT, LPCC, or LCSW.
