This role is designed for mental health professionals who thrive in a remote work environment. You will have the autonomy to manage your schedule while adhering to designated working hours of Monday to Friday, from 9 AM to 5 PM. You will be provided with all necessary tools that help you deliver effective and timely therapy sessions.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments to develop individualized treatment plans that cater to the specific needs of your clients.

• Provide evidence-based therapy sessions utilizing appropriate methodologies such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and other therapeutic techniques.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of client interactions, treatment goals, and progress notes to ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations.

You will work with diverse populations, addressing a spectrum of mental health issues ranging from anxiety and depression to trauma and crisis intervention. Qualifications\n

• Education: A Master's degree or higher in a relevant field such as Psychology, Social Work, or Counseling.

Compensation and Benefits\n
