This position is performed remotely, primarily within a school setting in Bridgeport, Connecticut.

Work Environment\n

This role is executed in a remote format but involves interacting closely with school personnel and students through virtual platforms. A typical work schedule is Monday to Friday from 8 AM to 5 PM, where you will engage with clients either by phone or through online sessions. Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide support to clients through both telephonic and virtual in-person interactions, ensuring they feel heard and understood.

• Employ crisis intervention techniques to assist clients in distressful situations, developing immediate plans of action to ensure their safety and stability.

• Collaborate with educators, families, and outside agencies to facilitate referrals to additional support services and resources as needed.

• Maintain accurate and confidential client records, documenting assessments, treatment plans, and progress notes in compliance with legal and ethical standards.

• Participate actively in supervision, team meetings, and ongoing training opportunities to enhance professional skills and improve therapeutic practices.

• Monitor and report suspicions of abuse or neglect according to mandated reporting laws and organizational policies.

Qualifications\n

• Master's degree in Social Work, Psychology, or a related field from an accredited institution.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary ranging from $90,000 to $100,000 annually, along with monthly productivity bonuses.
