Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct initial assessments and ongoing evaluations to determine the mental health status of clients.

• Facilitate regular therapy sessions through various formats including individual and group therapy, ensuring a comprehensive approach to mental health care.

• Collaborate with other healthcare providers and refer clients to psychiatrists or specialists as necessary to support their overall mental health.

Your work will primarily involve working with a diverse clientele that may include individuals from varying backgrounds and age groups, each facing unique challenges. From those experiencing acute mental health crises to individuals seeking long-term therapy for coping with chronic cultural and social issues, your expertise will be instrumental in driving positive outcomes.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current licensure as an LMFT, LPC, or LCSW in the state of Arizona.
\n
• A minimum of four years of relevant clinical experience in mental health counseling.
\n
• Strong knowledge of mental health disorders, treatment methodologies, and culturally competent therapeutic practices.

• Proven ability to work well under pressure and manage crises effectively with a calm demeanor.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for building strong client relationships.

• Experience working with EHR systems and familiarity with telehealth platforms.

Compensation and Benefits\n
