Work Environment\n

This position is fully remote, allowing you the flexibility to create your ideal work-life balance while maintaining a professional environment. You will work a Monday through Friday schedule from 9 AM to 5 PM, dedicating your weekends to rest and rejuvenation. In this role, you'll collaborate with a supportive team that understands the challenges of remote therapy, offering continuous professional guidance and assistance.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Lead individual and group therapy sessions utilizing evidence-based therapeutic techniques tailored to the unique needs of clients.

• Create and maintain clear, detailed clinical notes to track progress and inform future treatment plans.

• Engage in regular coordination with other healthcare professionals including physicians, psychiatrists, and case managers to ensure comprehensive patient care.

• Provide ongoing assessments to evaluate the mental health status and progress of your clients.

Your work will primarily focus on a diverse range of clients, addressing various mental health issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship difficulties. Qualifications\n

• A valid and current license (LMFT, LCSW, or LPCC) to provide therapy in the state of California.

Compensation and Benefits\n
