Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments with patients through virtual encounters, utilizing our telehealth tools to collect important medical data, including health history and mental status examinations.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s Degree or Doctorate in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy (MFT), Art Therapy, or Psychology.

• A valid license as an LMFT, LMHC, or LICSW within the state of Washington is required.

• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively in both written and verbal forms, fostering rapport with patients and team members.

• Competence in using electronic health record (EHR) systems and familiarity with teletherapy platforms.

• Bilingual proficiency in Spanish and English is a plus, enabling us to reach and support a broader patient demographic.

Compensation and Benefits\n
