Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct psychosocial assessments for clients, including individuals, adolescents, families, and groups, identifying areas of concern and developing tailored interventions based on their needs.

• Perform initial comprehensive assessments, triaging care appropriately to ensure timely and effective treatment.

• Engage in routine communication with the clinical team regarding client assessments, treatment plans, and interdisciplinary care plans to ensure an integrated approach to patient care.

• Document all interactions and therapy sessions consistently and ethically, ensuring compliance with departmental standards and guidelines.

• Utilize cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) techniques and other evidence-based modalities to guide clients through their personalized service plans.

• Provide case management support, liaising with other healthcare professionals and community programs to facilitate comprehensive care for clients.

• Respond to clients' psychological, physical, educational, and safety needs, adapting care to meet the diverse requirements of all age groups.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The Mental Health Counselor will engage with a broad range of clients, including children, adolescents, adults, and families navigating mental health challenges. Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

This position offers an attractive salary range of USD 70,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications. Additionally, we provide:
