Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct therapeutic sessions with couples, facilitating effective communication and resolving conflicts.

• Work one-on-one with family members to address personal challenges that impact family dynamics.
\n
• Assess patient needs and develop individualized treatment plans that integrate family systems therapy approaches.
\n
• Utilize evidence-based methodologies to address issues such as alcohol abuse, grief, and loss, blended family dynamics, job stress, and other life changes.

• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care, attending multidisciplinary team meetings as needed.

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient progress, adjusting treatment strategies as required.
\n
• Provide education and resources to families to promote understanding and support throughout the therapeutic process.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, you will engage with a diverse population encompassing adults, adolescents, and children. The ideal candidate will focus on providing inclusive care that addresses various challenges, including conflict resolution for families, adjustment issues related to separation and divorce, and the impact of medical concerns on family relationships. Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of $75,000 – $100,000 annually, commensurate with experience. Our compensation package includes:
