Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with fellow clinicians in team meetings, supervision sessions, and one-on-ones with clinical leadership to share insights and best practices.
• Conduct thorough assessments to gain an in-depth understanding of each client's mental health status and develop individualized treatment programs that are both effective and culturally sensitive.
• Provide personalized therapy designed to promote emotional growth, healing, and resilience, utilizing evidence-based practices tailored to the client’s needs.
• Set collaborative therapeutic goals with clients, tracking their progress throughout the treatment duration to ensure they are active participants in their recovery journey.
• Utilize teletherapy platforms to provide accessible treatment options to clients, ensuring your services reach those who may face barriers to traditional in-person therapy.
• Maintain meticulous documentation of client interactions, treatment plans, and progress notes to adhere to ethical standards and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

Compensation and Benefits

Blissful Thoughts Counseling Center offers a competitive salary range of USD 80,000 – 100,000 per year, along with a sign-on bonus to new hires.
