Key Responsibilities

As a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor, you will be tasked with:

• Developing and implementing personalized therapy plans tailored to each client's unique needs.
• Conducting comprehensive assessments and evaluations to understand the mental health challenges faced by clients.
• Delivering evidence-based therapeutic interventions to individuals, groups, families, and couples, utilizing methods such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT).
• Maintaining accurate and up-to-date clinical documentation in compliance with legal and ethical standards.
• Engaging in professional development activities, including attending workshops and conferences to stay current with progressive mental health practices.
• Collaborating effectively with other healthcare professionals to ensure holistic care for clients.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Your primary focus will include working with individuals and families experiencing a range of mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and substance misuse. Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess the following:

• At least two years of experience in a counseling or clinical setting.
