Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough initial assessments to identify mental health and substance abuse challenges experienced by clients, utilizing structured interviews and standardized assessment tools.

• Develop and implement effective treatment plans grounded in assessment findings, ensuring they are tailored to meet both short-term and long-term client goals.

• Provide individual, group, and family therapy sessions, utilizing evidence-based therapeutic techniques such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Motivational Interviewing, and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT).

• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in Electronic Health Records (EHR), ensuring compliance with state regulations and organizational guidelines.

• Collaborate actively with an interdisciplinary team of professionals, including psychiatrists, social workers, and peer support specialists, to coordinate comprehensive treatment for clients.

• Participate in regular case reviews and treatment planning meetings to discuss client progress and adapt treatment approaches as necessary.

• Provide crisis intervention services, utilizing de-escalation techniques and therapeutic support to address urgent client needs.

• Stay informed about current trends and best practices in mental health and substance use treatment to enhance service offerings and contribute to client outcomes.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary for this position ranges from USD 75,000 to 90,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
