Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough evaluations of patients' physical abilities, medical histories, and functional limitations to inform treatment options.
• Utilize a diverse range of treatment modalities, including exercise therapy, manual therapy techniques, and the use of assistive devices, to deliver personalized care.
• Monitor patient progress rigorously, documenting changes and outcomes, and adjusting treatment plans in collaboration with patients and other healthcare professionals.
• Educate patients and their families about their conditions, injury prevention strategies, and lifestyle modifications to support long-term health.
• Collaborate closely with physicians, nurses, and occupational therapists to ensure an integrative approach to patient care.
• Stay informed about the latest advancements in physical therapy by attending continued education workshops and participating in professional development opportunities.
• Engage in quality improvement initiatives, contributing to maintaining compliance with healthcare regulations and improving service standards.

Qualifications

• Active Florida State licensure as a Physical Therapist is required.
