Key Responsibilities\n

Mental Health Counselors are responsible for:

• Setting and monitoring therapeutic goals to track client progress over time.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Qualifications\n

Applicants must possess

• A current and valid state license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with clients and colleagues.

• Empathy, compassion, and a non-judgmental approach to client care.

• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage time effectively.

Preferred Experience\n

While not required, prior experience working in a telehealth setting is preferred. Familiarity with various evidence-based practices and treatment modalities is beneficial, as is experience in collaborative therapy involving multidisciplinary teams.

Compensation and Benefits\n

Lift Emotion Counseling Center offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 90,000 to USD 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and caseload. Additional benefits include:
