This position allows for a primarily remote work setting, providing flexibility and convenience for both therapists and clients. Although the position is remote, you will have access to our outpatient office for in-person collaboration and networking opportunities as necessary.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to identify clients' mental health issues, creating individualized treatment plans based on their unique circumstances.

• Provide one-on-one therapy utilizing personalized, evidence-based therapies such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) or Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), tailored specifically to each client’s needs.

• Set therapeutic goals collaboratively with clients and track their progress, making necessary adjustments to treatment approaches as appropriate.

• Offer both in-person and teletherapy sessions to accommodate the preferences and accessibility needs of clients.

• Maintain organized and accurate documentation to comply with ethical standards and organizational policies, ensuring timely reporting of client interactions.

• Engage in continuous learning and professional development opportunities, attending workshops and training to stay informed about the latest methodologies and best practices in the field.

Qualifications\n
