Your responsibilities and tasks:

Possible Hybrid Work Schedule after training

Customer relationship management tool key user and data steward.
Create SAP quotes.
Customer creation in SAP via ticket.
Maintain all quote and order files within our Customer Relationship Management system.
Maintain current quote/order templates for Preparation and Marination
Generate Quotes (original and revisions) for our sales organization.
Generate Order Confirmations and amendments for our sales organization.

Additional Duties:

Backup receptionist when out of office.
Backup receptionist support for customer visits, internal meetings etc.
Backup Sales Coordinator for Packaging, Slicing and Processing.
Backup Order Handler Tasks as needed.
Assist with tradeshows - hotel room blocks, etc.

Your profile and qualifications:

High School Diploma (Required) and/or bachelor's degree in related field (preferred).
2-3 years of Administrative Experience.
SAP or other ERP Experience (preferred).
Microsoft Word and Excel Proficient (Required).
