Key Responsibilities\n

• Maintain a personalized caseload of clients, developing trusting relationships while upholding professional ethics and boundaries in all interactions.

• Conduct regular sessions to assess client progress and stability, manage appointment scheduling, and facilitate smooth discharge processes when clinically appropriate.

• Design and implement individualized, person-centered treatment plans tailored to each client's unique needs and goals.

• Document all client interactions, including timely updates on progress notes and treatment interventions, to ensure continuity of care and compliance with organizational standards.

• Perform comprehensive intake assessments to identify clients' initial needs and establish baseline metrics for future therapy sessions.

• Conduct individual therapy sessions weekly, utilizing evidence-based practices to improve client outcomes.

• Engage in ongoing individual supervision to enhance professional development and clinical skills.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our clinic is focused on serving diverse youth populations facing mental health challenges. As an LPC at Allina Healthcare, you will have the opportunity to support clients dealing with psychiatric disorders and substance abuse issues. Qualifications\n

• A Master's Degree in mental health counseling, psychology, social work, or a related field.

• Current licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Connecticut.

• Proficiency in meeting internal credentialing requirements in accordance with clinic policies and best practices.

• At least one year of experience providing counseling services to clients with psychiatric conditions and/or addiction issues.

• Strong foundation in assessment, diagnosis, and the delivery of both individual and group therapy sessions.

• Capability to utilize computer systems effectively, including basic data entry and documentation tasks.

Compensation and Benefits\n
