Key Responsibilities\n

• Group Therapy: Facilitate engaging group therapy sessions that foster community, allowing clients to connect, share experiences, and support each other in their mental health journeys.

• Individual Therapy: Provide personalized, empathetic counseling sessions tailored to meet the unique emotional and psychological needs of each client, helping them explore their thoughts, feelings, and behaviors.

• Treatment Planning: Collaborate with clients to design individualized treatment plans that are both goal-oriented and reflective of their specific aspirations and challenges, employing a client-centered approach.

• Progress Monitoring: Utilize various assessment tools and feedback mechanisms to track client progress, evaluate treatment effectiveness, and make necessary adjustments to care plans.

• Documentation: Maintain accurate and timely records of client interactions, treatment plans, and progress notes in compliance with regulatory requirements and organizational policies.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our primary focus is on young adults between the ages of 18 and 30 who are seeking support for a range of mental health issues, including anxiety, depression, and adjustment disorders. Qualifications\n

• Current and valid LPC (Licensed Professional Counselor) license in New Jersey.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This position offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 85,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
