Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct therapeutic assessments and create tailored treatment plans that align with each patient’s needs and therapeutic goals.

• Monitor and document patient progress through detailed progress notes, ensuring completion by the end of each shift to maintain accuracy and continuity of care.

• Offer support and therapeutic interventions as required, adapting to individual patient situations to promote effective crisis management and emotional stability.

• Facilitate orientation and education for patients and their families, helping them understand the treatment process and engage actively in their care.

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary team members, including nurses and other therapists, to advocate for patients’ needs and improve treatment outcomes.

• Identify warning signs of regression or distress in patients, effectively communicating any changes in behavior to the team while employing secure training techniques.

• Uphold ethical and professional standards in all interactions, ensuring trust and rapport with patients and their families.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will primarily work with individuals and families from the Stockton area, providing them with essential mental health services tailored to their unique situations. Qualifications\n

• Education: A Master’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Mental Health Counseling is required.
