Cayanan Physical Therapy Center is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic full-time Physical Therapist (PT) to enhance our outpatient clinic team in Fairfax, Virginia. Work Environment

This position is onsite at our state-of-the-art rehabilitation center, equipped with the latest technology and tools necessary for effective treatment plans. The work schedule is from 9 AM to 5 PM, Monday to Friday, providing a structured environment conducive to both patient engagement and therapist collaboration. Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients to assess their physical capabilities and limitations, ensuring a comprehensive understanding of their individual needs.
• Design and implement personalized treatment plans that include various evidence-based interventions, manual therapies, and exercise regimens.
• Maintain a manageable patient load, allowing for focused attention and follow-up on each patient's progress.
• Utilize EMR software, with proficiency in WebPT, to document patient progress as well as treatment outcomes efficiently.
• Employ cost-effective therapeutic strategies to enhance motion and mobility while advocating for non-surgical treatment options when appropriate.
• Regularly conduct progress assessments and adapt treatment plans accordingly to ensure maximum effectiveness.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, including physicians and other healthcare professionals, to coordinate comprehensive patient care.
• Promote wellness through education on lifestyle choices, including strength training, flexibility improvement, and injury prevention.
• Encourage and motivate patients, nurturing their confidence as they navigate their rehabilitation journeys.
• Maintain meticulous documentation in alignment with healthcare regulations, contributing to the overall quality of patient care and organizational records.

The Physical Therapist will work primarily with outpatient clients who range from those recovering from orthopedic surgeries to individuals with chronic pain or mobility issues. Qualifications

• A Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited program is required.
• An active and unencumbered Physical Therapist license in Virginia.

• Ability to navigate and utilize electronic medical record (EMR) systems effectively for documentation.

Compensation and Benefits

The salary for this position ranges from USD 80,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
