Work Environment This role offers the flexibility of working remotely through a telehealth platform, ensuring that you can provide your expertise from any location while maintaining a work-life balance. Our team collaborated through various digital mediums to ensure seamless communication and support for our patients and each other. The standard work schedule is Monday to Friday, from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with opportunities for some flexibility based on patient needs. Key Responsibilities Conduct thorough mental health assessments to accurately identify patient needs and craft personalized treatment strategies. Implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions for individuals, couples, and families, drawing from modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and solution-focused approaches. Facilitate psychoeducational groups and support sessions that address common mental health issues while fostering a sense of community. Collaborate closely with psychiatrists, psychologists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive and coordinated care for patients. Provide crisis intervention services in response to mental health emergencies, guiding patients through immediate challenges with empathy and professionalism. Deliver education to patients regarding their mental health concerns, available treatment options, and community resources to empower their recovery journey. Maintain legally compliant and confidential documentation of patient interactions, assessments, and treatment plans. Participate actively in team meetings, case consultations, and ongoing professional development initiatives. Stay informed on the latest research advancements and therapeutic techniques in the field of mental health. Patient Population / Client Focus In this role, you will serve a diverse patient population, committed to treating individuals from various backgrounds and experiences. Our clients often deal with complex mental health challenges, and your expertise will be instrumental in guiding them toward recovery and improved mental well-being. Qualifications A Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution. Active licensure in the state as an LCSW-C, LCPC, LMFT, or LCMFT. In-depth knowledge of mental health disorders and evidence-based treatment techniques. Proven skills in conducting comprehensive mental health assessments and creating effective treatment plans. Experience providing therapy to diverse demographics, utilizing individual and group therapy formats. Exceptional interpersonal and communication abilities, allowing for effective engagement with patients and colleagues alike. High ethical standards, sound judgment, and respect for professional boundaries. Familiarity with electronic health records (EHR) and relevant technological applications. A collaborative spirit and willingness to work within a multidisciplinary team environment. Preferred Experience Minimum of 2 years of relevant clinical experience in a mental health setting, ideally working with patients experiencing varied mental health challenges. Experience in telehealth or remote service delivery is highly desirable. Compensation and Benefits We offer a competitive salary ranging from USD 80,000 to 100,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
